Mi FincaImport Form 03
The "Formulario de Trazabilidad 03" printed by TrazarAgro (SENASA) lists the farm's identified animals: DIIO, mother, father, sex, birth date, breed and ear-tag replacements. Mi Finca reads it and compares it against the herd: it proposes registering the ones that are missing, filling in the data of the ones that already exist, and recording the tag changes. Nothing is saved until you review and confirm it.

- Uploading the form
- From Animals → Import form, choose the PDF exactly as TrazarAgro generates it from the browser. A scan or a photo will not work: the file needs to carry text. If the document is not a Form 03, it is rejected with a clear message.Where it appears: Animals → Import form
- Review
- Each row of the form shows up with an action: New (not in the farm), Update (it exists and the form brings different data), Tag change (the animal exists under the old tag), Unchanged, or Needs review (something could not be resolved). You can edit the name, tag number, origin, purpose, and lactation status of new animals before confirming.Where it appears: Animals → Import form → review
- Fill vs correct
- When an animal already exists, the form can fill an empty field (breed, for example) or correct a different one (birth date, for example). Filling in comes pre-checked; correcting comes unchecked and you decide, row by row.Where it appears: Animals → Import form → review
- Tag change
- SENASA marks a retired tag with "R" and "REPOSICIÓN" and adds a row for the new one. Mi Finca pairs them by birth date and sex and proposes the change, always unchecked: you have to confirm it. The previous tag stays in the animal's history, so a future form still recognises it.Where it appears: Animals → Import form → review
- Warnings
- If the CUE or the tax ID on the form do not match the farm's (or the farm has not configured them yet under Settings → Legal), a warning is shown. It does not block the import: check that the form really belongs to your farm before confirming. When the farm is missing the value (not when it merely does not match), the warning carries a "Save to farm" button that fills it in with the value read from the form, without leaving the review screen.Where it appears: Animals → Import form → review
- What the import does not do
- It never registers a departure or deletes an animal. An animal that is in Mi Finca but does not appear on the form means nothing: the form lists one registration batch, not the whole herd. An animal that is away (transferred, sold) or deleted shows up flagged and is left untouched.Where it appears: Animals → Import form
