By bank transfer or SINPE Móvil. When the trial ends we send you the payment details; as soon as we receive it we activate your plan for the paid period. Online card payment will come later.
We warn you before the date. Without a payment the farm is paused: nobody loses data, access simply stops until the payment is recorded.
Yes, at any time. The plan includes 5 users; each additional user adds the per-user price to your subscription, monthly or annual like the plan.
It is yours. You can export it before cancelling and we keep it for 90 days in case you change your mind; after that it is deleted.
Each farm is one subscription. If you run more than one, write to us and we will put together a joint price.
Dollar prices are the reference; colones are computed at Mi Finca’s fixed rate (₡500 per dollar).
Prices exclude VAT; the applicable tax is added where it applies.
Yearly billing equals ten months, for additional users too, and is paid in advance.
