Sales that deduct stock on their own
Record who you sold to, which batch and at what price. Cheese stock goes down at once, the week’s report builds itself and you know which product and which customer carry the farm.

Cheese, milk and livestock sales in one place
A farm sells more than cheese. Mi Finca records cheese sales by batch, direct-sale milk by the litre and, from each animal’s record, livestock sales with the amount and, if you want, the buyer and the weight. Everything lands in the same sales report and in the profit and loss statement.
Regular customers live in a catalog and a sale to someone passing by is recorded as a walk-in sale. Each sale keeps the price you agreed that day; stock and available litres deduct themselves, and the reports show which product and which customer keep the business going.

A customer catalog for the regulars and customer-less sales for whoever stops by the farm.
The day’s price
Each line keeps the negotiated price; the catalog only suggests.

Frequently asked questions
How do I record a return?
As a positive stock adjustment on the stock tab, with its reason; the kilos go back to the batch.
Can I sell more than there is?
No. A batch’s kilos are weighed, so a sale that would take stock negative is rejected.
Is there electronic invoicing?
Not yet. Mi Finca records the sale for your internal control; the invoice is issued in your invoicing system.
Can I sell milk and animals, not just cheese?
Yes. A sale line can be cheese (kilos from a batch) or milk (litres from a direct-sale pool). An animal sale is recorded when you give the animal a sale exit on its record, and it shows up in Sales, in the profit and loss statement and in that animal’s profitability.
Can I export my sales?
Yes. Sales reports download as PDF, Excel or CSV, with the farm’s details and the period you looked at.
