Know whether the farm makes money, month by month
Revenue comes from sales, costs from consumed inventory and the expenses you record. Mi Finca builds the profit and loss, the cash flow and profitability per cow, per product and per batch, without copying anything to a spreadsheet.

Financial control for the dairy farm
Many farms know how much they sell but not how much they make. Mi Finca brings into one profit and loss statement the income from cheese, milk and animals, other income such as breeding service or pasture rental, the cost of what was used from the inventory and the expenses for labour, services and the vet.
From there it answers the questions that matter: whether the farm makes money this month, how much cash comes in and goes out, which cows leave a margin and which do not, and which product or cheese batch pays best. Every report exports to PDF, Excel or CSV for the bank, the accountant or a partner.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an accountant to use it?
No. It is management control, not formal accounting: it tells you whether the farm makes money and where it goes.
How is milk valued per cow?
With the price per litre you configure for the farm; without a price the value shows as unknown.
Can I see the cost of a cheese batch?
Yes: purchased inputs the batch consumed, divided by the kilos it produced.
Can I record income that is not a sale?
Yes. The “Other income” tab holds breeding service, manure, pasture rental and subsidies, with an optional customer; they add to the profit and loss statement and to cash flow.
Can I export the reports?
Yes: as PDF to print or send over WhatsApp, as Excel to keep working the numbers, and as CSV. The PDF and the Excel carry the farm’s name, its SENASA CUE and the period you looked at.
