Daily milk recording, cow by cow
Knowing what each cow gives is the basis of every decision in a dairy: which to dry off, which to check, which to feed more concentrate. Mi Finca turns every milking shift into daily milk recording, with each cow’s litres stored and compared against her own recent average.
The milk does not stay a number: when the shift closes it is split between the tank, the cheese room, direct sale or home use, and milk from cows under withdrawal is set aside on its own. The cheese room works with real litres and the production and quality report shows the whole farm, month by month.

Frequently asked questions
Can I milk three times a day?
Yes. Configure how many milkings the farm does and those shifts appear; an extra shift can be opened when needed.
How do I reconcile with the tank?
Record the tank reading per day or per shift and the report shows the difference against what was entered per cow.
What production-drop alert is there?
Mi Finca compares each cow with her own recent average and warns when she drops more than usual — an early sign of mastitis or a feeding problem.
Can I sell milk directly, without making cheese?
Yes. Milk you assign to direct sale when closing the milking becomes a pool you sell by the litre from Sales, at its price; the pool’s litres go down with every sale.
Can I record it from my phone in the milking parlour?
Yes. The grid works in the phone’s browser, with nothing to install. For now it needs an internet connection: offline mode is on the roadmap.
